1. Agreement to Terms

By using PersonaOne' SMS (text messaging) or voice communication services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our communication services.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

3. Description of Services

PersonaOne provides the following communication services:

PersonaOne is a white-label AI communications platform. Businesses and individuals ("Subscribers") use PersonaOne to provide AI-powered phone and text services to their customers, residents, or contacts. When you call or text a PersonaOne-powered number, you are interacting with the Subscriber's AI assistant, configured with their information and preferences.

4. Consent and Opt-In

SMS Consent

By texting our phone number or providing your mobile number with consent to receive texts, you agree to receive SMS messages from PersonaOne. Your consent includes:

Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use our other services without opting into SMS communications.

6. Message Frequency and Rates

Message Frequency: Varies based on your interactions. We only send messages in response to your inquiries or for notifications you have requested.

Message and Data Rates May Apply: Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

SMS and voice usage is included in your PersonaOne subscription plan, subject to your plan's monthly limits. Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may also apply.

7. AI-Powered Communications

Our SMS and voice services utilize artificial intelligence technology. By using these services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Responses are generated by AI and may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies
  • AI should NOT be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or other critical decisions
  • AI responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind
  • PersonaOne is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated responses

9. SMS Content Filtering & Carrier Compliance

Content Guardrails

To ensure reliable message delivery and comply with mobile carrier regulations, PersonaOne automatically screens outbound SMS messages for content that may trigger carrier spam filters. This includes but is not limited to:

Content Redirection: When an SMS response contains content that may be blocked by mobile carriers, PersonaOne will replace the message with a notification directing you to retrieve the full response via an alternative channel (email or web chat). This ensures you always receive your information even when carrier restrictions apply.

Replacement Message

When content filtering is triggered, you will receive a message similar to:

"I found the information you asked about, but I can't send it via SMS — the content contains keywords that carriers may block. Please check the chat widget or email for the full response."

PersonaOne is not responsible for carrier-level filtering decisions. If you frequently encounter content restrictions via SMS, we recommend using our web chat or email channels for sensitive topics.

"Our SMS service has reached its monthly capacity. Please contact us through our website. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Content Filtered

"I found the information you asked about, but I can't send it via SMS — the content contains keywords that carriers may block. Please check the chat widget or email for the full response."

Opt-Out Confirmation

"You have been opted out and will no longer receive messages from PersonaOne. Reply START to opt back in."

11. A2P Messaging Compliance

PersonaOne sends Application-to-Person (A2P) messages in compliance with carrier requirements and industry standards:

Message Volume: Message frequency varies. Users typically receive 1-10 messages per conversation session, based on their interactions. Reminder and notification messages are sent only when explicitly requested by the user.
